New generations must be leaders:
According to the changing business scenario, increasing competition, always changing technologies, company’s capacities and other factors the businesses are now in need of the young leadership to lead them. The MBA students must remember this and must go forward in to succeed in their career.
Selecting the College:
Presently the students are selecting the colleges depending on various survey of some private institutions and surveys. Here the point to remember is how these colleges are rated must be known. Otherwise cannot trust the surveys without knowing the methodology followed. It would be better if the student do a self-survey about the college which he wishes to join. While doing such surveys the things to be considered are infrastructure, basic amenities, placements and other issues.
After joining the course:
For MBA students it is advantageous if they had earlier work experience, because this will help them to analyze the textbook concepts to the real world issues. Academically the student will perform better if he had work experience. The students must not just confine themselves to the classroom learning; along with it they must have group discussions, case studies analysis, group projects, and independent projects to get complete grip on the topics.
Case Studies are Key:
Case studies are very important for the management students. Analyzing the issues in various fields and trying to solve them is challenging and every student must try to do this.In this context in academic stage the student must analyze the real time case studies and solve them. Here to solve them participating in group discussions, faculty interaction, reading journals, and other mediums must be used. Doing all these will help you to look in different types of perspectives to solve a problem or analyze an issue.
